One of the first things most of us learned at an early age are the magic words, please and thank-you, yet these words seem to allude many of the customers and clients that we serve, The reason may be that they expect a certain level of service, recognize that you get paid to do your job or they may even fear that nice words may be held against them in a court of law. The best answer is not to just do your job but to do something exceptional and take personal pride and satisfaction that you are delivering the best service possible.
