Sheila, the kids and I would all like to thank you for all of your help and gracious. you have provided in getting us through the FAFSA and Parent Plus loan process for the past three years with my daughter, and now with 2 kids going through the very exhaustive and at times overwhelming process'. Your assistance was able to secure us more money in grants from the two different colleges and help reduce our loans to the lowest amounts possible especially during a period of extreme financial hard ship since I lost my business of 23 years to this "Super Recession". I can't thank you enough for all that you have done for my children and me at such a difficult time in our lives.  After the sudden death of my husband in December I was totally unaware of what to do for my twin daughters and son who were all entering their freshman years of college as Hank had been handling the "challenge" of the application process, FAFSA forms, loan applications etc.   Luckily my friend Terry had referred you to us the previous year and I had remembered how happy she was that you were able to help her handle the complicated process and through that you had saved her quite a bit by finding ways to receive grant monies that she did not think would be available to her son.  If it wasn't for your expertise and guidance, I would not have been able to afford to keep my children in the fine colleges that they now attend.  You are well worth the cost. I look forward to working with you again next year.
