Howard spent many hours helping a young woman whose mother had been killed in an automobile crash because her financial aid application was unique and required creative approaches to solve her financial needs. Last fall, he spent many hours on a PowerPoint presentation to our seniors in a situation where most people would have done a simple Q&A session.
